New York Rangers forward Matt Rempe dropped the gloves with San Jose Sharks winger Ryan Reaves just six minutes into the game on Thursday October 23rd, 2025 at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Reaves put a hit on Juuso Parssinen, leading Rempe to challenge him drop his gloves.

The fight led Rempe to miss the rest of the game with what the team called an upper-body injury. The Sharks beat the Rangers 6-5 in overtime.
