Sonja Fridy Kinney joins the Virginia Is For Sports squad and discusses her career as a gymnast and track phemon. From her early days of sports, to being recruited by colleges for her track skills to her career as a record-breaker at University of Virginia. Sonja talks about her induction into the first class of Hall of Famers at Patrick Henry High School in Ashland, VA. Mrs. Kinney also gives us her Mt Rushmore of Virginia Athletes!
