After 9 years from retiring from competing in Figure in 2010. In 2018, due a traumatic moment in my life. I reach out to my dearest friend Kevin Ashby of Endurance on 8th in October 2018. I mentioned to him that I need to come back and compete. It gave me a sense of humanity and a focus to better my mental health, emotional health, physical health and spiritual health. He said that it would be a great honour to coach me. I did mentioned to him that I wanted to implement a vegan lifestyle, as I found out through research that you get better muscles gains by eating vegan/plant base over the animal protein. I found that living a vegan lifestyle my recovery was better, less cardio session ie. 20 to 25 minutes rather than 45 minutes to up to 1.5 hours. Muscles gains were amazing and effortless. Yes, I did workout hard but it was enjoyable. I did us supplements such as L-Glutamine, EEA (essential amino acids) Hydrogen infused oxygenated water, multi vitamins, creatine HCL, MCT oils, Vitamin C, B12,B6, Calcium K2 and plant base protein meal replacements.
